Winter Social 2023

Come and celebrate the season with your friends & colleagues at RI SHRM. We look forward to mingling while enjoying good food, drink, and some holiday festivities.
We will be holding a donation collection for Amos House. As many of you may have seen in the news recently, Amos House is now currently operating a warming center out of the Cranston St. Armory to support those that remain unhoused in our state. This site is providing a warm space, cot, medical attention, and 3 meals a day to those between ages 19-80.
Most of these individuals arrived with only the clothes they were wearing and nothing else. If you are able to give, we are in great need for:
- new socks
- new undergarments
- sweatpants
- sweatshirts
- hats
- gloves
- shoes
If you are not able to make it, items can be dropped off at the Cranston Armory or at the Amos House office in Providence.
