Matthew Weldon is the Assistant Director for Administrative Services with the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training. In this capacity, Matt is responsible for the oversight and administration of the department’s policy work, external affairs, government relations, equal opportunity programs and varied aspects of the department’s daily operations. He has been in state service for 20 years and in that time, has worked in each branch of state government.
Education: BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.

Jillian Folger-Hartwell's practice focuses exclusively on representing management, litigating, and advising on labor and employment law matters. She devotes a substantial portion of her practice to compliance and represents employers on a myriad of employment-related issues. Jillian has extensive experience representing employers in healthcare, higher education, and hospitality industry settings. She serves on the faculty of the National Business Institute and regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on labor and employment topics. She routinely conducts in-house training sessions on employment-related issues, including anti-harassment and #metoo training workshops.
Previously, Jillian worked for the American Arbitration Association, managing arbitration proceedings for a variety of labor clients. After law school, she was a law clerk to Justice Robert G. Flanders, Jr. of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Jillian earned her J.D., at Boston College Law School, 2003, cum laude and has a B.A., Stonehill College, magna cum laude.
