Michael is passionate about creating workplaces where people can grow, contribute, and find purpose in their work. A strategic HR professional with 10+ years of experience partnering with leaders to connect people strategy with business goals and build stronger, more effective organizations, his experience spans complex, global environments across the public, private and non-profit sectors focusing on human resources strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, ethics, compliance, and labor and employee relations. 

As a volunteer leader with the RI SHRM Foundation, Michael is especially passionate about expanding access to education and professional development and creating opportunities for the next generation of HR professionals and leaders to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
