PRESENTERS:

Stephanie Calenda, MS, SHRM-SCP

Stephanie Calenda, MS, SHRM-SCP is an HR professional with over 15 years of human resources experience, primarily in the social services and health care industries. She is currently the Director of Human Resources for a healthcare center in Rhode Island. Prior to that she was a member of the first leadership team at a private equity owned healthcare company operating multiple primary care and urgent care practices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. There she consolidated and designed an HR department that served over 300 employees. 

Ms. Calenda has been an Instructor at the Executive Development Center at Bryant University since 2013 and has instructed several courses during her tenure. Most notably, since 2015 she has conducted the SHRM Certification Prep course for human resources professionals sitting for the SHRM national certification exam. 

Ms. Calenda has a Master of Science in Human Resources & Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science from Bryant University in Business Administration with a minor in Sociology. She also is a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
