A proven leader, starting with her first leadership role at a Fortune 500 Company at the age of 23, Heidi leverages her passion, success, and focus on communication, to support and empower leaders and teams to increase their effectiveness and drive optimal business results.
With roles including Vice President Human Resources, Sales Vice President, and Marketing Manager, as well as working with boards including as board chair, Heidi understands the importance of investing in leaders at all levels to ensure they are equipped to lead with curiosity, empathy, and the belief in their people's ability to contribute in a meaningful way and succeed. With research demonstrating that 60-80% of challenges in organizations result from poor communication between employees, Heidi supports leaders to communicate clearly and develop coaching skills, and to tap into their fullest potential to engage, motivate, and retain talent.
As a highly trained and experienced executive coach and consultant, Heidi looks at solutions from a global perspective, ones that impact an individual, a team, and the organization as a whole. She begins every engagement with an assessment to fully understand the challenges and problems so that she can partner collaboratively with her clients as they work towards achieving stated goals.
