Jamie Worrell, Strategic Retirement PartnersJamie has advised organizations and their employees in matters related to retirement plans and investments for over 25 years. He has built a successful retirement plan team and client base by staying on top of emerging trends and cutting through jargon so clients can understand and use what they learn. His passion with employers is helping them stay informed, reduce their fiduciary liability, and offer competitive, affordable retirement benefits; and his passion with individual investors is helping them save, plan, and invest wisely. Jamie is a frequent speaker and industry commentator nationally and locally. He has been recognized by Plan Sponsor Magazine as “Retirement Plan Advisor of the Year”, and by The Financial Times as a “Top 401 Advisor”. Jamie has been quoted in The Wall St. Journal, PLANSPONSOR Magazine, and in local print and television media. He is a graduate of Moses Brown, Connecticut College, Suffolk Law, and Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses program. Jamie’s community engagement includes volunteering for San Miguel School, serving on the Investment Committees of Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, Blithewold, and The Providence Children's Museum, and serving as a lay representative of the Episcopal Diocese of RI Commission on Finance. He coached all three of his now college-aged children in youth lacrosse and soccer, and he and his wife now live as “empty nesters” in Providence with their rescue dog Jiggs.

Katherine Roy, Managing Director, is Chief Retirement Strategist for J.P. Morgan Funds. In this role, Katherine is responsible for delivering timely retirement-related insights to financial advisors and their clients. Focused on the retirement income-related landscape for more than 15 years, Katherine specializes in identifying themes, strategies and solutions that can help advisors successfully partner with individuals in the transition and distribution life stages. Katherine is consistently ranked as a top speaker at major industry and firm-specific conferences and events. She also has been interviewed and quoted in the financial press on a variety of key retirement planning topics. Katherine received a B.A. from Yale University and is a Certified Financial Planner®.
