Kara Chamberlain joins us from our neighboring CT SHRM chapter and is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager working in the non-profit industry. She has worked at Ability Beyond for the past 8+ years, primarily focused on overseeing full-cycle recruitment and shift coverage strategy for 50+ Connecticut programs. In her role, Kara has relied heavily on data analytics to help drive decision-making around recruitment strategy and other related organizational initiatives. She has found that organizing and analyzing data helps to understand critical information better and assists in a company’s ability to set, meet, and exceed its KPIs.
