TIMOTHY G. KENNEALLY, ESQUIRE
Foley & Foley, PC 

Attorney Tim Kenneally has work for Foley & Foley PC since March, 2008.  Prior thereto, Attorney Kenneally served as a litigator for fifteen (15) years at an insurance defense firm.  Attorney Kenneally’s practice involves the representation of clients in matters involving employment and labor law, data security/personal information protection, insurance, contracts and litigation. Attorney Kenneally has successfully resolved hundreds of cases in the state and federal courts, at the MCAD, at the EEOC, before other administrative agencies and through grievance arbitration. Attorney Kenneally has negotiated, drafted and enforced a multitude of employment and business contracts for clients of Foley & Foley.



ANDREW L. EISENBERG
Boston office of Constangy

Andrew is a partner in the Boston office of Constangy. His practice encompasses all aspects of labor law, labor relations and employment law. Andrew has extensive experience assisting the firm's clients in responding to union organizing campaigns, negotiating and advising clients with respect to the administration of collective bargaining agreements and representing clients in grievance and arbitration proceedings. He also assists clients with respect to the full range of employment issues, including discrimination claims and compliance with federal and state employment laws. He regularly appears before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the United States Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Equal Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and other state discrimination agencies. Andrew frequently conducts management training programs and speaks to groups on a variety of subjects relating to labor, labor relations and employment issues. He represents both union and non-union employers in a variety of industries, including education, food processing and distribution, retail, architecture/engineering, banking and financial services, transportation, public transit, hospitality, high tech, and manufacturing. He has particular experience representing clients in the hotel/restaurant, supermarket and banking industries.


KARYN H.RHODES SHRM-SCP, SPHR
VP/Director Complete HR Solutions

Karyn brings many years of senior-level experience in human resources best practices to Complete Payroll Solutions, where she serves as Vice President/Director of Complete HR Solutions. She is a national and regional speaker and contributor to business magazines on HR related topics.  She has appeared on several TV and radio shows in the Northeast.  She specializes in all areas of human resources, including strategic planning, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compliance, training and development, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, organizational development, executive coaching, workforce planning, and affirmative action plans. Karyn has worked as an instructor for Bryant University and Cape Cod Community College. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Development Center and has served on the Board of Directors for RI SHRM, and NEBA.  She holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University, an advanced certification in Human Resource Management from Bryant University, and is a certified HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional.
