PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Workplace conflict is inevitable--but the huge emotional, financial, and legal costs are avoidable.
During this one (1) hour session, workplace relationships expert Penny Tremblay will provide an overview of her "PLAY NICE in the Sandbox" Training. Attendees will learn how to take control of their career success and understand conflict resolution, performance, and productivity from the inside out. Attendees will leave this training session with a deeper understanding of the skills and techniques that they need to manage interpersonal relationships and conflict for increased performance, peace, and profitability.
