Human Resources professionals are at a technological crossroads in 2022, with challenges and opportunities that were unimaginable a few years ago. According to a recent Pew study, 77% of Americans say that their job can be done remotely some or all of the time. Businesses are listening and acting accordingly, with many permanently adopting a hybrid or fully remote model.To manage and mentor employees, organize the flow of data, and foster a sense of community, companies need to be deliberate in how we merge human interaction and technology to establish and/or refine their "Digital Culture". In this timely and important presentation, Todd will speak to how technology intersects with Human Resources, the importance of emphasizing security in this new world, and his view of the future, given our current trajectory.
