Dr. Julie Alig is Founder and CEO of JLA Analytics, LLC, and uses data science and machine learning to translate business data into actionable, understandable information that boosts profit and increases efficiency. Dr. Alig earned her Bachelor's degree at Columbia College, New York City, and her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago before settling in the Granite State. After working as a data scientist in higher ed administration for over two decades, Dr. Alig founded JLA Analytics in 2019. She teaches professionals how to incorporate data analytics into their everyday work through her "Certificate in Business Analytics" offered at the University of New Hampshire, as well as through her customized 1-to-1 analytics coaching. Under the moniker @nhdatadiva, Dr. Alig hosts weekly livestreams to discuss the latest news in business analytics.

Adam Gutbezahl is an attorney at the Boston-based law firm, Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C., and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and Commercial Real Estate and Employment Law Groups. As a litigator, Adam has represented clients in trials, administrative hearings, and mediations with a proven track record of success. Adam also represents and advises individuals and businesses on best practices to avoid litigation. His areas of practice cover a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial, employment, land use, and real estate disputes. As part of his work in advising clients on how to implement best practices and avoid litigation, Adam has presented in front of numerous organizations and associations on the effects of Artificial Intelligence on the workplace. Adam is a member of multiple associations and organizations, including the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Northeast HR Association. He also sits on the Public Policy Committee of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Performing Arts Center of MetroWest. Adam is currently elected to two positions in the Town of Wayland, as a member of the Select Board, as well as a member of the Trust Fund Commission.
