Andrei Dinoro
Human Resource Business Partner
Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island

With eight years of experience in the Human Resources field, Andrei brings a strategic approach to aligning HR practices with business objectives. He earned his Masters degree from the University of Rhode Island in Labor Relations and Human Resources.

In his current role, he serves as a partner to senior management to drive key initiatives, from performance management to the enhancement of employee experience. Leading with a human centric mindset, he also acts as an employee champion and advocate.

Austin Prario
Assistant Director of Recruitment
Bryant University Executive Education & Career Accelerator

Austin Prario, a University of Rhode Island graduate, is currently the Assistant Director of Recruitment at Bryant University, where he passionately helps professionals elevate their careers through the Executive Education & Career Accelerator program. With a deep expertise in Human Resources and SHRM, Austin is dedicated to guiding students towards the best paths to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Before joining Bryant, Austin honed his HR skills as a Human Resource Manager at Elderwood in Wakefield, Rhode Island. There, he excelled in managing recruitment, retention, and training, while fostering a strong, sustainable workplace culture.

Austin’s commitment to Human Resources is rooted in his charitable endeavors. As a board member for Children’s Wishes of Rhode Island and a participant in the Miles for Miracles Marathon program at Boston Children’s Hospital, Austin has always been driven by a desire to help others.

Born with a rare heart defect, Austin underwent three open-heart surgeries as a child. These experiences have shaped his perspective on life, inspiring him to bring people together and help them achieve their full potential. Austin’s journey is a testament to the power of hard work and sacrifice in realizing one’s dreams.

Vanessa M Vigil
Belonging and Equity Coordinator
Brown University Health

Vanessa Vigil is the Belonging and Equity Coordinator at Brown University Health, where she brings her passion for promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion. She also serves as VP of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals and as lab faculty at College Unbound, supporting adult learners from marginalized groups. Previously, Vanessa was the Operations and Program Manager at Equity Institute, overseeing internal operations and managing programs like TA2BA, an alternative teacher certification program aimed at diversifying the workforce.

A Providence native, Vanessa is committed to advancing equity in education and healthcare. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and an Executive Master’s in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University. Vanessa serves on several healthcare and community boards and dedicates her time to exploring diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism in healthcare.

Aldrec Viera Dones
Human Resources Coordinator
ESI HVAC

Aldrec Viera Dones is a Human Resources Coordinator at Environmental Systems, Inc., a commercial construction firm with 350 employees. In this role, he conducts all new hire orientation and onboarding, administers employee benefit changes, acts as an administrator for the current payroll/HRIS system transition to Miter, assists in employee offboarding, and manages all FMLA, Massachusetts PFML, and short-term disability claims. Additionally, Aldrec acts as a company liaison between ESI’s upper management, insurance broker, insurance carriers, and employees.

Prior to ESI, Aldrec worked as an Associate First Notice of Loss Representative with Amica Mutual Insurance Company. In this position, he managed first notice of loss reports, discussed applicable property and casualty insurance coverages with policyholders, and trained new representatives on proper call handling practices and procedures.

Lastly, Aldrec graduated from Bryant University’s Class of 2024, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and served as Co-President for the Bryant University SHRM Student Chapter.
