Katherine's practice focuses on the intricacies of U.S. business immigration law. Katherine works closely with companies to manage their U.S. immigration programs and to support foreign national employees through all parts of the U.S. immigration lifecycle. Her clients range from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, technology, life sciences, sports, entertainment, media, and fashion. Katherine serves as the immigration liaison to Ogletree's financial services practice group. Katherine has extensive experience with numerous types of temporary work visas including H-1Bs. L-1s, O-1s, TNs, E-1/E2s, and E-3s. She also oversees all stages of the permanent residency process for beneficiaries of petitions based on the PERM labor market test and for EB-1 individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, and multinational managers and executives. In addition, Katherine regularly advises on business travel and options available for students and trainees.

Katherine regularly provides on-site trainings and presentations as well as internal publications to in-house counsel, HR professionals, recruiters, and foreign national employees to guide them through the immigration process and keep them informed on updates to the law.
