RI SHRM & Diversity and Inclusion Professionals (DAIP) partner and invite you to our Inclusion Conference 2025 at the Providence Marriott on Friday, March 28, 2025.

As employees, leaders, organizations, industries, and whole communities face a shifting legal and political landscape, our commitments to fostering inclusion, belonging, and just practices remain steadfast. While the terminology and legal frameworks may shift, the fundamental principles of creating equitable opportunities, amplifying historically silenced voices, and fostering cultures of trust and accountability continue to be essential.

This conference sets the stage for a necessary and urgent dialogue: How do professionals and leaders remain agile and innovative while staying true to our core values? How can we ensure that workplaces and communities continue to support people of diverse abilities, veterans, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and underrepresented groups, even as external challenges arise?

Our program features local leaders sharing critical insights and delivering tools that professionals can use to address the unique challenges facing today's world of work. Our resources include toolkits, templates, guides, and data from SHRM, the world's largest HR professional membership organization and a trusted authority on all things work.
