Join us for an engaging in-person seminar on accessibility in the workplace, with a special focus on how accessible transportation empowers individuals with disabilities to live independently and thrive as dedicated employees.
This seminar, hosted in collaboration with RI SHRM, The Boston HR Council, and the Rotary Club, will be held during the 9th Annual Rotary Car Show—a unique and exciting backdrop for learning and networking.
Tina Guenette, founder of R.A.M.P. (Real Access Motivates Progress), will share her insights and lived experience. Following the session, Tina will demonstrate how her modified accessible van supports her mobility and independence—bringing the discussion to life in a powerful and personal way.

Tina Guenette is a motivational speaker who currently is CEO, Founder and People Connector of her own national non-profit, RAMP (Real Access Motivates Progress). She works with all businesses, professions, government entities and first responders on all areas of communication and best practices for working to include the disability community. She was appointed to the United States Access Board by President Biden, sits on the Governor’s Commissions on Disabilities & Aging. She is a community member of many commissions, businesses, and organizations to ensure all people—no matter their ability—are included in the conversation.
