PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Heart disease remains a leading driver of healthcare costs, yet it is often underdiagnosed and undertreated—especially within working populations. In this session, we’ll explore how employers and consultants can take a more proactive, data-driven approach to managing heart health through connected devices, personalized coaching, and integrated data insights.

We’ll also highlight the role of medication optimization through Hello Meds, helping ensure employees are on the right medications at the right cost—improving adherence while reducing unnecessary spend.

Together, Hello Heart and Hello Meds provide a comprehensive approach to cardiovascular care, improving outcomes, increasing engagement, and closing gaps in care. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to drive measurable impact across their populations.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the impact of hypertension and cardiovascular risk on employer healthcare costs and employee well-being
  • Learn how connected health solutions and AI-driven coaching can improve engagement, behavior change, and clinical outcomes
  • Explore how medication optimization strategies can improve adherence while reducing total cost of care
