Course Description: Whether you are looking to gain managerial skills to advance or change your career; transitioning into a managerial role with little or no supervisory experience; or have been identified by your organization as ready for a leadership position, this fast-track curriculum helps participants to achieve management success. Learn the skills needed to lead, motivate, delegate, communicate and problem solve. 

Format:  This course is a blended program. Course will be offered as a virtual instructor-led training with additional weekly supplemental reading and assignments.
