Child Care as a Support for Working Parents in Rhode Island!

17 Oct 2019 9:11 AM | Deleted user

It is not too late to join our discussion of child care as a support for working parents in Rhode Island!

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston recently completed a New England wide survey that focused on understanding how stakeholders perceive the need for childcare, challenges related to obtaining quality and affordable care, and pathways for change.  If you participated or are interested learning about the results, please join us on Friday, October 25, 10AM-12PM at the Rhode Island Foundation (1 Union Station, Providence, RI 02903). We will share the results of the survey, and a panel of stakeholders will discuss the implications for employers and employees.

We are thrilled to be joined by these cross-sector leaders on the panel:

  • ·         Shannon Carroll, Genesis Center
  • ·         Alexandra Flores, the family child care provider
  • ·         Susan Hannon, Bank of America
  • ·         Kate Polucha, parent
  • ·        Katie Roberts, Easy Entertaining
  • ·        Taryn Wenc – Cadence Education.

Space is limited to ensure a productive conversation. If you are interested in joining us, please sign up HERE . Feel free to share this invitation with your network as appropriate.
