RI SHRMs Diversity Committee is proud to present "Where Inclusion and Diversity Belong," a half-day of learning experiences and forums on how to leverage the power of diversity in the workplace. Our program begins with a powerful message from SHRM CEO, Johnny C. Taylor on how SHRM is leveraging diversity in the workplace and we’ll culminate in a powerful keynote session on healing and moving through racial trauma with keynote speaker Milagros Phillips.

This program is dedicated to sharing insights and learnings from diversity and inclusion practitioners on the transformative power of belonging. Through this virtual experience, participants will have opportunities to choose sessions that raise awareness, join breakout rooms to have discussions that deepen their learnings, and experience a safe place for sharing ideas, information, and best practices.
